Sessions

For a flat price, you get as many sessions (up to 5) as required to meet the goal. Sessions can be as short as 30 minutes to as long as 90, depending on the needs.
For a flat price, you get 3 sessions, which can vary in length between 30-90 minutes based on scheduling. We'll identify two key achievable goals, as well as other future goals. Then work on them together!

Tasks we'll accomplish in this pack

Mental Prep

  • Pre-work review: After listening to a brief, informative podcast episode on the challenges of medical logistics, we'll talk about how similar or different your challenges are.
  • Consultation: We'll talk about your priorities and concerns for healthcare and, if necessary, review your insurance coverage and related context

Identifying

  • Review of your current scheduling approach for life. Do you use calendaring? If not, what form of calendaring might work best for you?
  • Document all that we want to include: appointments, medications, vaccinations, specialist visits, at-home practices

Doing + Building

  • If necessary, build up a calendaring approach and alerts that fits your lifestyle and relationship with attention
  • Create a simple checklist approach for appointments and follow-ups after appointments
  • Set a check-in point for reviewing how the scheduling and alerts are working for you and to make adjustments

Mental prep activities are help make it comfortable (and enjoyable!) to talk openly about the challenges you're facing—and to get into the right frame of mind for addressing things.

Key actions are completed as shared-screen activities. You will never share access to sensitive info.

We'll divide up the work between us where possible, working virtually and between sessions.

Upfront, clear expectation-setting on what we can accomplish.

We'll identify natural events in your life that should lead you to revisit what we've put together.

After the first session, we’ll set an expectation on number of total sessions needed to complete the pack.
